we are looking for employee handbook for the first time. we have organisation operational guideline but does not explain in detailed on specific issues such as Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies although government labour law give general guideline but we need one which reflects our organisation needs , Termination Policies, Safety and Security , Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest
The project will help in put in place they systems and policies which will easy day to day operation. Employee will be aware on what is expected from them.
