What we need
- Implementation of Tech Systems Review or equivalent technology systems plan
Additional details
We are a small team working throughout the US with a need to streamline and improve how we work with each other and our various external consultants. We use too many different platforms and tools and there is duplications, inefficiencies and our records and teamwork is in seriously need of improvements.
What we have in place
- We currently have a tech systems review report, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have G-suite and weekly team meetings, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,926 , allowing us to save valuable time, improve our team communications/productivity and improve how we partner with our external consultants.
Our team is small and we all live in different parts of the US and need to improve how we work together. We are a high producing team with many different projects to manage. We are also dynamic and often brainstorming/strategic planning.
