What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Employee handbook for a start-up organization. Would love to see our values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility reflected in our policies.
What we have in place
- We currently have some basic policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have written values and bylaws, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to maintain 70 species of plants and host 3 events that reach 2,000 individuals and families.
We are a new organization with a staff of two and we don't have the capacity to create an employee handbook ourselves. This handbook will help us develop as a professional organization.
