What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an old employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a team member who can assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue in our fundraising efforts.
We need to make sure our internal documents are up to date and relevant to the times.

Our mission
The National Black Arts (NBAF) is here to advance the arts and contributions of artists of African descent.
What we do
NBAF educates, enriches and entertains through programs and events that bring diverse audiences and communities together to appreciate and celebrate the richness of the arts and culture and the extraordinary contributions of artists of African descent to American and world culture. We present, support and celebrate these artists and their work through excellent artistic and educational programs in spotlights, festivals, and through arts education and youth development programs that nurture the talent of the next generation.
