Flexible Marketing Strategy Support

What we need
  • Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

We have an upcoming show in a virtual series we have put together and we need to increase our outreach and the effectiveness of that outreach. We are creating accessible theatre so every show we have done we've made lots of progress on but we need to accommodate the pandemic as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a show, an email list, and a following of 1100, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have marketing research, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to raise funds to develop new works and save towards getting a staff.

This project is important to get fine arts into peoples homes that usually was otherwise done live.

  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of an ongoing marketing strategy need they have over the next 2-4 weeks
  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks

What we do

We produce original works to change the "face" of theatre both internally and externally. By taking away the use of sight and putting accessible and inclusive structure at the forefront, we create a whole new way to experience new and bold stories.
