What we need
  • Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.

how can I create a campaign (messaging program) requesting support from past event sponsors to support us even though we are not having event this year due to covid i.e. create value to the sponsor, i.e. mutually beneficial content, social media demographics, website presence, etc

What we have in place
  • We currently have social media channels/following, demographics, website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have , I think, the personnel, technology, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to fill in the gap of funding that we no longer have due to covid.

We still need the income, that we will not receive from our annual event (we are not able to hold due to covid) and funding at this time is even more crucial because due to covid as our expenses have risen, while income has decreased.

  • Volunteer and Volunteer Manager align on the scope of ongoing support that the Volunteer will provide to address this need

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
