We are a 501 (C) (3) organization that depends solely on volunteers for our staffing needs. At present, we are looking at redesigning and documenting our existing recruitment strategy to utilize our precious volunteer resources efficiently.

- We currently have a recruitment process in place, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have well functioning recruitment and onboarding strategies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,806 , allowing us to improve our curriculum and provide an even better product to our target population
