Project details

What we need
  • Ready-to-publish copy for a brochure
  • Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Graphic Design project, for new marketing materials
Additional details

Hello,

A GIft of Time has 4 new virtual dementia education programs this year. We want to market these programs to doctors and senior agencies and the community at large. All programs are offered in Spanish and English. We are also starting up a student internship program that we want to market to universities. We need a marketing plan that includes how to promote the programs on-line and using brochures.

Thank you, Josie

What we have in place
  • We currently have a new logo, and website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a graphic designer working with us, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to buy technology equipment for caregivers.

We do not have a marketing plan for promoting our new programs. Caregivers need to know the type of support we can provide to them. We are providing dementia education to caregivers and their loved ones. The impact of this project would greatly help promote our services.

Our mission

Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of those with mild to moderate memory loss, their caregivers, and the community at large.

What we do

Due to COVID-19 we have developed and implemented four new virtual programs. Our programs offer dynamic, interactive ways for our community of loved ones living with dementia, caregivers, family, and friends to connect. Our premier program, Camille's Memory Cafe, is a virtual social gathering where attendees share memories, play games, and exchange stories, in a safe, fun environment.

Living Well with Dementia Education Series offers information, education, and tools to guide caregivers and their loved ones on how to stay healthy and remain connected to the community. These education events are hosted by local and national experts on memory loss and wellbeing.

In collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association Capital of Texas, A Gift of Time offers a variety of support groups.
There is sure to be one for you!

All of our virtual sessions are easy to join and we welcome you on this journey of living well memory loss!

Testimonials

Talented and Kind. Danielle's passion to help out our organization was truly a blessing. Danielle was able to create the right message for our brochure for what has become our signature program, Camille's Memory Cafe. www.agiftoftimegeorgetown.org click on the Programs tab. On Monday, I picked up the brochures and are ready to deliver them to churches, medical offices, and other organizations to promote our program. Recently, we had an article write-up about the positive impact of Camille's Memory Cafe in our local newspaper. It seems that saying thank you to Danielle is not enough for what she did for our program. Danielle, thank you so much for your time and talent. You made a difference not only for our small non-profit but for caregivers and those living with memory loss. Blessings, Josie Zamora, Executive Director
