What we'd like to talk about

I'd like strategic advice to improve engagement and buy-in of our various departments in the use of volunteers. We are hoping to create more structure and accountability regarding this issue.

Additional context

Volunteer involvement is a core strategic initiative at our organization. but actually finding an effective system for our various departments to decide on tasks and duties and then train, monitor, and manage their volunteers has been a challenge up till now. This is where we are hoping to discover new strategies of organizing, supporting, and improving follow-through for the departments in order to improve their volunteer use and engagement.
