Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing Employee Handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a desire for innovative options, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use our valuable resources to directly support children who are the alleged victims of sexual or severe physical abuse (and their families).
Our organization was founded by a non-business/HR professional (a cop, to be specific), and even with the lack of business background, it grew to nearly a one million dollar budget with 8 employees within the first five years of operations. We are passionate about a healthy workplace that rewards and incentivizes longevity and dedication to our NMAC family and are looking to take our handbook and materials to the next level.
Project plan
Our mission
Partnering with communities to bring healing, hope, and justice to abused children in rural Michigan.
What we do
NMAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to ensuring every child in rural Michigan has access to the compassionate, collaborative services of a Child Advocacy Center.
We believe that no one person has all of the knowledge, skills and experience to protect our children. Together we are stronger. Together we can protect all MI Kids.
