What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content

Create 3 short animations for our organization mission and 2 main projects achievements.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Detailed information, pictures and testamonial videos., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Summary presentation as basic data for use., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Support organization strategic planning meeting covening all staff members 15 in total and 2 representatives from beneficiaires. We will also use this amount for staff development training.

We need to market our great achievements to partners and beneficiairies. This will help mobilize more resources and partnerships.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)

Our mission

Our mission is to carry out actions promoting the socio-economic and cultural development of Guinea through the mining sector; support transparency initiatives in order to increase mining revenues and work for a mining sector that meets the expectations of Guinean populations, especially those living in mining areas for poverty reduction.
