Audit of Employee Handbook

What we have in place
  • We currently have the Employee Handbook that is started and needs review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the original Employee Handbook that we started from, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to redirect those funds to needs within our community.

Our small, but mighty, organization is in the process of refining internal procedures. Our Employee Handbook is a vital step in that process to ensure all staff understand the expectations and policies in place.

Our mission

To provide evidence-based learning and developmental strategies in collaboration with other organizations to help individuals reach their full potential.

What we do

LITERACY SERVICES:

Our literacy services include one-on-one tutoring for children and adults. We offer the Barton Reading and Spelling program, which helps students who are a year or more behind in reading. We tutor adults who are building basic education or workforce skills, as well as those who are learning English as a second language. Our learners gain new skills and move on to become successful students, gain employment, and become engaged in the local community.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT:

Our youth development and prevention services team offer classroom- and community-based youth substance use prevention and leadership to community coalitions on substance use disorder prevention and treatment. We work collaboratively to create a community that encourages positive norms for teens and a supportive environment for individuals in recovery from substance use disorder.

CONSULTING & EVALUATION:

Through our consulting and evaluation services, we support agencies across Midland County to improve their evaluation and outcome measures. In doing so, we collaboratively build stronger youth and families.
