Additional details
We need a brochure that highlights sponsorship package for the lighthouse that will drive donors to contribute financially to a project or cause. For example, naming a classroom, hallway, building, sports field, etc... Sponsoring an educational or recreational programs, establishing an emergency fund for families in need, sponsoring a student, etc...
What we have in place
- We currently have talking points, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have sponsorship package ideas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to exist as an organization. Funds are very tight because we rely solely on grants. Our debt to income is bad-- we need to bring in more income to ensure the Lighthouse is here for another 100 years.
This project will help keep the oldest non profit organization in Philadelphia in business. This project is critical to generate funds to keep the doors open at the Lighthouse. This is our last hope to have sponsorship package brochure that will draw investors to help an organization that helped so many inner city children have hope for a brighter future.
Project plan
Our mission
Founded in 1893 as a settlement house, the mission of the Lighthouse is to provide educational, recreational and economic improvement programs to families and individuals to improve the quality of their lives, help them move toward self-sufficiency and nurture children and youth, guiding them to become contributing members of society. For more than 100 years the Kensington, Fairhill and North Philadelphia communities have relied on the Lighthouse to provide multi-cultural services that respond to the multi-dimensional needs of our communities' members.
What we do
We serve inner city youth, their families and broader community by providing early childhood education, PreK, Headstart Programs, Free Meal Distributions, After school programs, and recreational and athletics.
Due to COVID19 we need financial support to fund these services and programs that have a direct impact inner city children who desperately need support.
