I'd like some help with organizing our google docs storage and understanding our maximum capacity. I also need some help syncing google with the new iMac so that I can be more efficient.

It was awesome getting to talk to Jill at Tax-Aid. She asked great questions and was patient with me if I did not always know the answer right away. When I raised a bit of constructive criticism, she was gracious and receptive. She is also just funny. I rarely laugh as much in these sorts of calls as I did when I spoke to Jill.
