What we need
- Set up of Organization's account in email marketing software (possible tools include Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor)
- Imported contact list into software with guidance on list cleaning & management

- Optimization of our Organization's email account with Mail Chimp.
- Assistance in deciding which package to purchase.
- Guidance in list cleaning, segmentation, and management.
- Instruction on how to handle large lists that are not segmented and how to prevent this issue in the first place. Is there something we should be doing monthly?

- We are working on cleaning up the lists we already have.
What we have in place
- - We have a free account with Mail Chimp and we send occasional mailings to our small list of 2,072 contacts. Critically, only 1% to 2% of our website visitors return every month.
- We also have several large databases of contact information for our supporters, but they haven't been segmented.
- We have management personnel available to train with you and provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,390 , allowing us to stipend several volunteers for several months, and pay for months of travel expenses related to adopting public policies that protect children.
We have so many wonderful supporters, but we haven't been able to communicate with them as often as we'd like because we don't know how to use the software. We need a clean, segmented email list and a clear understanding of how to use it so we can empower our volunteers to take action!

What we do
The Stop Abuse Campaign prevents Adverse Childhood Experiences (Childhood trauma) through public policy and public education.
We choose specific, actionable campaigns that resonate with the public and help protect children from trauma like abuse and neglect. Our well-read blog educates about child abuse, domestic violence, trauma prevention, and recovery. We work with over 300,000 supporters engaging them in our campaigns to prevent abuse.
Fortunately, a lot is known about protecting children from trauma. And preventing trauma is what we do at the Stop Abuse Campaign.
