What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

HI! We have moved our youth sports and mentoring programs to videos and Zoom conferencing due to covid. Our Videos are not high quality and we would love some support and instruction on how to improve these videos and better reach our community.

What we have in place
  • We currently have only have cell phones and laptops video equipment, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have grant funds to purchase a new camera and eqpmt, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,187 , allowing us to better focus our scarce resources on helping our community meet other immediate needs.

This is important because this will be our primary delivery of our programming for the time being. Even when restrictions have been released, we still plan on using this mode to post online and increase our following

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
