What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content

Jewish HomeLife would like to learn how to created short animation videos to help explain the following:
1. Differences between assisted living and skilled nursing care.
2. What hospice care is and isn't
3. How donor dollars help us provide excellent care, not 'just' what Medicare 'requires'

How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to dedicate more of our resources to direct resident and patient care.

We are a non-profit organization made up of a network of 9 at-home services and residential communities for older adults. There are MANY concerns and misconceptions about care for older adults. we'd like to creatively address these concerns.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback
3
Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
