What we need
- Creation of a Facebook Ad Campaign for a pre-determined number of ads including advertising objectives, target audience, budget, and schedule
- Training on how to successfully update, monitor, and measure the performance of your ads on Facebook
- Facebook pixel creation, if appropriate
Additional details
COVID-19 has adversely affected academic performance of underserved students and significantly increased learning disparities. We need the ability to identify different Facebook and IG audiences in order to produce Facebook/IG ads for volunteer campaigns, tutoring opportunity campaigns and fundraising campaigns.
What we have in place
- We currently have an IG, Facebook pages and Facebook employee sponsorship, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have direct access to the Founding Director, Outreach Leadership, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to provide more direct services to students and families in need of tutoring, academic support and college preparation.
Social media is a driving force of change in creating equitable opportunity. We are non-profit organization whose after school programs were abruptly halted due COVID-19. It is imperative that reinvent ourselves within the next 60 days to ensure we are available to the parents and students who need our services.

The mission of the Bay Area Tutoring Association is to develop diverse academic tutors, substitute and credentialed teacher workforce for the support of Common Core Math, Literacy, Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), STEM, Computer Science intervention and enrichment programs and services.
