What We Need
Additional Details

We are in need of a central, secure server to house materials and would love to explore the options.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have our documents housed on DropBox and in Google Files, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff who can work on this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,926 , allowing us to use those funds for program and team expansion.

This project is important so that our team can have quick access to files, but also so that our files are housed in a secure environment.

Our Mission

SRAP informs and educates the general public about the negative effects of concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs)--also known as factory farms--while working directly with U.S. communities impacted by this destructive form of industrial animal agriculture. Through public education, issue advocacy, and local community organizing, SRAP empowers rural residents to protect their public health, environmental quality, natural resources and local economies from the damaging impacts of factory farms.

What We Do

We are a mobilizing force to help communities oppose the construction and expansion of concentrated animal feeding operations, but we are also building out a food and farm network to support, educate and empower rural residents to advocate for a food system that's built on regenerative practices, justice, democracy and resilience. We are looking to build out the ranks of organizers employed by SRAP, building diversity into our project and also looking at how we can transition contract growers and conventional livestock and dairy producers into SRAP organizers and advocates.
