Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

New Voters is looking to create promotional apparel that will be used by our directors and interns but can also function as gifts or prizes for our donors. We can also use these products as a fundraising strategy by selling them for a profit. Having these merchandise incentives will encourage people to donate more and will boost the amount of money we have to expand our outreach.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have old promotional products that we can get inspiration from, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to focus more on increasing civic engagement in low-income communities and achieve our goal of registering 100,000 students to vote before the upcoming election.

This project will help New Voters achieve our goals by helping us gain exposure and reach out to more students that can become registered voters. Additionally, anyone involved that is wearing New Voters merchandise will help promote our organization and increase the publicity and attention we garner.

Our mission

New Voters' mission is to register the youth of America to vote. We are based out of Pennsylvania, but have since expanded to include high schools across the country. We simply want to enable young people--regardless of their political views--to be more politically active, and to express their viewpoints via the voting box.

What we do

New Voters is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit that works with high school student-leaders across America to help them host highly-successful non-partisan voter registration drives at their schools. In 2018, New Voters school chapters helped register over 7,000 graduating seniors, supported completely by student volunteers. New Voters provides a comprehensive student-run training program tailored to each school, relying on a "student training students" approach. New Voters operates with the goals of registering young people to vote early, reminding them to vote before every election, building the next generation of educated voters, and fostering a culture of non-partisanship.

Working with Greg and his team was an amazing experience! They're very hands-on, open to feedback, and easy to work with. They went above and beyond for our organization by providing us with far more designs than we anticipated!
