What we need
- Design of a presentation template based on Organization's visual branding guidelines
- Creation of 10-15 different slide types in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Keynote, or another presentation software that can be customized for various needs
Additional details
We are competing in an RFP for free land from the City to build affordable housing. We are a small nonprofit that prioritizes housing for people from the neighborhood and don't have a graphics team to help us make our proposal look awesome and compete with corporate developers. Would love your help!
What we have in place
- We currently have a logo, style guide, photos, and conceptual drawings, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a proposal writer, the RFP template, a corporate resume, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to design and build more housing. But in reality, we will save millions of dollars if we are able to win this land.
We are competing for 5 acres of land in East Austin, covered in Pecan Trees that we want to save and make into a park, while providing rental and homeownership opportunities for our community. We are the only group in town that focuses on providing housing to people otherwise being displaced, and this is right in the neighborhood we serve. We have all the skills and experience to do the work, just not to make it look pretty in a well-designed document! The RFP is due July 25th.

Our mission
GNDC's mission is dedicated to the development and rehabilitation of high quality affordable housing for low to moderate income families. GNDC gives the highest priority to families with generational ties to the target neighborhoods.
