Project Details

What We Need
  • A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional Details

The thank you letter also serves as an acknowledgement of the gift for all donors ,I want it to be warm and informative and general enough to send to all

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have our current letter that we have been using, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have general stories that I can get from marketing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to keep our donors interested and continue to give to our cause

Our current letter has been used to often with the same donors , it needs a refresh so we can thank them properly. I also want to add stories of the girls and how this helped them. It would be great to include stories that I know relate to the donors passion.

Project Plan

Prep: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss who the letter is for, the impact their support had, key message(s) they want to include in the letter, and preferred tone and style
Milestone 1: Document Creation
  • Professional writes copy aligned with Volunteer Manager's style, tone, clarity and length
Milestone 2: Wrap-Up
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss any small edits
  • Professional submits final version
