What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details

We would like a report that conveys our impact over the past 3 years with short captions, images, and graphs. We will use this document on social media, on our website and to send to potential partners for collaboration and funding.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Website with events and data, excel spreadsheet of all event, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A very active Social media account With pictures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to add staff to help with programming for the culinary academy and community garden

We have done a lot of work over the years and by showing our impact it can allow us to receive grant funding and more partnerships to continue our impact.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Our mission

EatWell Exchange is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides low socioeconomic communities nutrition education with a focus on their culture. Our goal is to decrease the negative health outcomes seen in communities of color, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. This organization is founded and by Registered Dietitians that love to try foods from around the world and find ways to make them apart of a balanced diet. We find ways to help you continue to eat cultural foods but in a healthier manner, theirs no need to abandon cultural foods.
