Website Audit
Website Audit
Project details
What we need
- Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
- Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
- Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
- Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
What we have in place
- We currently have a clear understanding of audience and purpose, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have basic google analytics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to revive our successful 2018 Capitol Play Project, about equitable civic engagement, in a format that activates a wider audience.
The scope of our organization has grown extensively since we started six years ago. We still connect to communities and make plays but we also are developing video content, graphic novels, and podcasts. We need to both keep our website up to date but also maximize its potential as a way to digitally reach and keep connected with our communities through various digital products.
Project plan
Our mission
Our mission is to activate imagination and illuminate community stories to create a more inclusive world.
We are a multicultural, multidisciplinary ensemble of professional artists that collaborates directly with diverse local communities - those who are essential to society but whose stories are often ignored or misunderstood - to forge new ways of seeing our common experiences by creating new art that transforms the past into a better future.
Our method is to listen, wonder, create, and repeat.
Testimonials
Working with Emma exceeded our expectations. She was professional, insightful, and creative. Her work with us will help us directly and will definitely be a part of the website redesign we will undertake. We highly recommend her as a UX Designer.
This was a fun project and Alan was great to work with. Alan made himself available to discuss ideas and give feedback, and it truly felt like a partnership between us.
