We have an active Facebook account and have recently created an Instagram account and Twitter. I am in programming and development with a background in Public Relations, so I understand the importance and depth of this in the current market that we are working in. I would love some input and help as to how to expand and keep this work fresh, informative and mission driven but also help us grow. Thanks!
What we have in place
- We currently have Kids' Health Connections on Facebook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Instagram- kidshealthconnections, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to use our money for programming and families served.
We are so excited to get some good insight in how to optimize our brand, expand our reach and put forth a good product. I love working collaboratively and am open to suggestion and input. I have a general understanding but we need help considering this is the main way our families working with our non-profit are able to connect with us and we are able to push forth our work and mission.

Our mission
WCHAP- now Kids' Health Connections strives to improve quality, access and health outcomes for children eligible for Medicaid by promoting the Medical Home Model. We serve Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties.
KHC helps parents and children bridge gaps and identify viable healthcare solutions by providing health education to the families, helping doctors improve the quality of care, and acting as a voice for issues affecting children's health.
