  • Note: This project does not include printing

I need an overdose protocol to be turned into a flyer that we can put up in our clinic

What we have in place
  • I have the protocol written out. I will provided it to you as simplified as possible.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to continue to purchase snacks for our patients

This allows the team on the van to be ready to act in case of an overdose at our testing site

Our mission

To improve liver health for all by providing mobile liver health screenings and linkage to care.

What we do

The DeLIVER Care Van is a mobile hepatitis C clinic. We offer every service along the hepatitis C care cascade from screening to treatment. We are a new program and have been on the streets offering our services to San Francisco since January 2019. We first started as only a mobile testing unit, but in May (only 5 months after being operational) we were able to start offering hepatitis C treatment on the van. We are a one-stop shop for folks curious about their hepatitis C status and for folks interested in getting their hepatitis C cured.
