What we need
- An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details
We are creating an exclusive virtual event for under 100 of our local donors. We would like to work with someone to create a short video that captures our event theme while bringing them into the culture and impact of our organization (youth development, outdoor and travel-based experiences, social-emotional learning.) The video is intended to be a sort of teaser/intro that will prime the audience to the next portion of the event. Use is for email, social and possibly for zoom/youtube.
What we have in place
- We have developed creative direction for this but are open to ideas. We have assets to share, which include video (mostly that we've shot on phones), photo, testimonials, can collaboration on a script or voiceover, etc. We would appreciate suggestions/inclusions of free stock music, video or photography if needed. The timeline of this is somewhat short. We would like to have the video ready and in-hand by July 6th.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,760 , allowing us to ensure our programming continues to support social-emotional development for rural adolescent youth. Our students face steep challenges and our programs have shown to help them thrive.
A major fundraiser for our organization, we would like this video to be part of our ask that motivates attendees to donate on top of their ticket price.
