We have been in existence for 40 years, yet our name does not speak to whom we serve. We are a small non-profit in desperate need for a rebrand. I am very concerned that those seeking out help on a search engine will not even click on our program because of the name. Being one of the very few low cost long term programs for substance abuse, my fear is that those without insurance will not get the help they need because our name suggests we serve "youth" when we serve ages 18 and up. I also understand that being around 40 years, we can't just arbitrarily change our name one day. We need a plan to move forward and help with the process along the way!"Phone Calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone Call and a Project here.

I enjoyed speaking with Travis who was very passionate and interested in insights on rebranding. I would encourage anyone wanting to make a difference in the addition / recovery space to consider volunteering with them.
