What we'd like to talk about
I am looking for someone with expertise in Blackbaud's eTapestry system who can answer some specific questions about what eTap can and can't do as well as provide general advice on best practices.
Additional context
The organization has been on eTap for several years and it is perfectly functional, but we are not using it to its fullest (eg reporting functionality). We have some specific questions around mass email and reporting. Though there is a wealth of support information available, working at a small non-profit means that there is limited time for each project. Having an expert answer questions and provide guidance would be a huge help and time-saver.
