Our mission
Our mission is to identify and catalyze members of the urban community to use their influence to do good by mentoring youth. The Urban Specialists Program has effectively been implemented in correctional institutions, school campuses and the community.
What we do
We are working to eliminate violence in urban culture by: 1.Leveraging our OGU program to increase catalytic citizens 2. Supporting catalytic citizens to expand social capital through educational, economic and mentoring opportunities for youth 3.Strengthening institutional collaboration that provides economic growth and human well being 4.Impacting urban culture that disrupts toxic cultural trends.
