Additional details
At the moment, we provide a benefit allowance to our full-time staff. However, staff have expressed that they would be more interested in a benefit package. As a small non-profit with limited resources we would like to review both, paystructure and benefit packages.
What we have in place
- We currently have job descriptions and salary levels, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some research on EPOs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest in our staff.
We would like our staff to be content and feel valued and supported.

Our mission
LearnServe equips high school and middle schools students from diverse backgrounds with the entrepreneurial vision, tenacity, confidence, and leadership skills needed to tackle social challenges at home and abroad.
Our action-oriented programs train students in social entrepreneurship:
* LearnServe Fellows design and launch their own "social ventures".
* The LearnServe Incubator supports the growth of promising social ventures through lean start-up methodology.
* LearnServe Abroad offers a global perspective on social innovation, with students working alongside peers in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and co-create volunteering projects.
* Our Seeding Social Innovation program brings social entrepreneurship into the classroom.
