Project Details

What We Need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional Details

At the moment, we provide a benefit allowance to our full-time staff. However, staff have expressed that they would be more interested in a benefit package. As a small non-profit with limited resources we would like to review both, paystructure and benefit packages.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have job descriptions and salary levels, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some research on EPOs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $22,266 , allowing us to invest in our staff.

We would like our staff to be content and feel valued and supported.
