Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We need a volunteer to please audit and edit a draft of our Policies and Procedures Manual. The timeframe for this project is 4-6 weeks.
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft of a Polices and Procedures Manual/Board Orientation Manual to help to get you started.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to devote our time to the program's mission.
We are an All-Volunteer organization and we need to recruit and retain additional Board members. We would like to provide newly elected Board members a manual so they can assure that the organization is accomplishing its mission by developing policies that guide the operation of the organization.

What we do
We provide tutoring, mentoring and career development services to middle and high school students interested in pursing nursing or healthcare careers.
