What we need
- Print-ready designed brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Collateral, to be used in conjunction with the Brochure Writing project, for new marketing materials
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
- Note: This project does not include printing
Additional details
We want to update our current brochure, using logos and photos we've collected as well as making the text more effective. We want the brochure to help patrons and community understand what we do and how we are funded, as well as encourage their participation through simple instruction and contact information.
What we have in place
- We currently have logos, photographs, contact information, previous brochure, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have alternate photographs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide staff scheduled time to interview community members with the goal of viewing, collecting data, scanning and digitizing multiple collections of historically significant photographs.
Our brochure is used for all presentations, displays and program inquiries. It is our single most requested piece of information as it explains all aspects of the online collection and gives the community something "in hand" to refer to when contacting us.

Our mission
Whitman County Library's mission is to be the community's #1 resource for education, recreation and discovery.
The library's aim is stimulate the connections between people and ideas, to encourage literacy and to enhance opportunities for self education and recreation.
Friends of the Library assist the library in meeting this mission through volunteerism, financial support and advocacy.

We do it all with very little staff and limited resources!

Her creativity added so much to our project and she made sure it was in a format and font we would be able to make adjustments to on our own in the future (she even sent us the fonts to download).
