What we need
  • An easily understood visual aid that communicates complex information
  • A high-resolution version of the Infographic in the Organization’s preferred format
Additional details

Looking for a graphic that I can use to follow up with various levels of donors. The basic information would be the same but I would be able to add/edit the text depending on the donation level.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a vision for what we are wanting, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to develop additional funding campaigns to make up for a lack of funding in 2020 thus far.

We have several donors who have not given yet this year. I want to create a specific appeal to send to them recognizing their past gifts and the need we have for them to continue giving.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the infographic, key audiences, and style preferences (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of infographics they like with the Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with data or other source of information to draw from

Milestone 1: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional develops three drafted concepts to share with the Organization
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary concept and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of Infographic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds feedback

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers the final version of the Infographic including specifications for usage (colors, size, etc.)

Our mission

Patient Assist VI (PAVI) is a non-profit benefiting residents of the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to make sure no patient has to choose between their basic living expenses and the medications they need to be healthy and productive. As of 2019, we have obtained over $2,000,000 worth of prescription medications for our patients! We are seeing record numbers of referrals and because of the generosity of our donors, our patients never pay anything!
