What we need
- Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
- Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details
We are a small team that has been working in various locations for several years. We will also need guidance on migrating and sharing files.
What we have in place
- We currently have existing Google files and documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have remote access to files and staff, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,296 , allowing us to purchase PPE equipment for our summer interns.
Friends of Baxter State Park has a small team that is growing quickly. With remote work now part of our new normal, it is important that we set up a solid foundation for our systems and files.
