We have recently narrowed our mission statement to focus on who we are at the core. With that project, we also came up with a list of our capabilities and the things that differentiate us in the nonprofit sector. In terms of our website, we want to ensure that the mission is now clear and content/navigation flows seamlessly from page to page.
What we have in place
- We currently have a clear understanding of our target audiences, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Google Analytics reports we can pull to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,757 , allowing us to get more resources in the hands of single moms and leaders across the nation.
This project is important because it makes a difference for those who visit our website. For the overwhelmed single mom who is in desperate need of resources, a confusing website only adds more stress. For the former single mom looking to start a group in her area because she sees women hurting, she just wants clear, easy-to-follow steps. Our website is crucial because we are giving moms and leaders the resources they need to thrive.

Our mission
The Life of a Single Mom exists to improve the lives of single moms by providing support groups throughout U.S. and education in 3 core areas: Parenting, Finances, and Health & Wellness.
What we do
- Provides more than 1500 single mom support groups throughout U.S.
- Provides online education with more than 100 classes through Single Mom University
- Host life-changing events, including workshops, boot camps, two-day conferences, and education symposiums
- Provide resource referrals for single mothers to become an information gateway to a variety of assistances available throughout U.S.
