Identify Success Metrics
Help TakeRoot Justice map their program goals to specific data points that indicate how well they are meeting them, and brainstorm how to present these to key internal and external stakeholders.
Identify Success Metrics
Project details
What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Additional details
We are a staff that values democratic decision-making when developing internal structures and processes. Our organization is looking for someone who can assist us in creating a process for gathering feedback from staff about success metrics and indicators and then assist us in creating guidelines for tracking them. We would like to pilot this process with one practice area before implementing it organization-wide.
What we have in place
- We have feedback from staff about what they believe their team outcomes and indicators are as well as copies of our annual report. The database admin will be the point person for this project and will oversee the implementation and continuation of this project.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to allocate more funding resources to improving our programs and services during COVID-19.
Developing this process will allow us to modify and improve our programs to better serve our NYC communities. Our organization wants to ensure that we are using evidence-based methods to prove our impact to our partner organizations and to our funders.
