What we need
- Recommendation(s) on the most appropriate webinar software, depending on Organization's needs and budget
- Training for up to 5 staff on how to set-up and use chosen software
- Note: Some webinar software providers may provide free or heavily discounted plans for 501(c)(3) nonprofits
Additional details
This package may not be just what we need - we need more help with figuring out how to create a virtual presentation. We have 4 presentations that are normally delivered at community workshops (actually we have 70) and we need to convert to a web presentation that will be able to deliver the information in a virtual context.
What we have in place
- We currently have basic scripts and reasonable presentation skills, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have power point presentations on some of the topics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,145 , allowing us to expand our educational reach to underserved communities throughout Hawaii and beyond
We have a large library of workshops/seminars that are usually presented in person in community settings. We want to test out 4 of the presentations and develop them into a virtual format
