I have just created the IG account for Patient Assist VI. I'm unsure where to go from here and how to start attracting followers. I'm somewhat familiar with IG Business accounts but I've never started from scratch.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a newly established IG page, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have FaceBook photos and other photos, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on building our donor base and enrolling additional patients.

Our marketing strategy has long included the need for PAVI to be on various social media platforms, including InstaGram. Now that it's set up I'm not sure what to do next. It was created under my personal IG account so hopefully that's okay?

  • Volunteer Manager shares Instagram credentials with Professional, if an existing account exists
  • Professional sets up account with bio and profile picture

  • Professional recommends types and frequency of content to post on account (including posts, stories, and live videos)

Our mission

Patient Assist VI (PAVI) is a non-profit benefiting residents of the US Virgin Islands. Our mission is to make sure no patient has to choose between their basic living expenses and the medications they need to be healthy and productive. As of 2019, we have obtained over $2,000,000 worth of prescription medications for our patients! We are seeing record numbers of referrals and because of the generosity of our donors, our patients never pay anything!
