What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

Theatre producer here developing a shopify store to sell merch to keep our creative flame alive and theatre people paid. I have already produced a popular t-shirt that we sold at events. I would like to work with a designer to adapt to other items that we can sell online. I am working to source dropship print on demand suppliers for the shopify store. Thanks for your interest and help in keeping the creative flame alive right now!

What we have in place
  • We currently have sample tshirt, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have started to source print and drop deliver vendors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide more opportunities to talented and underemployed theatre artists.

Theatre spaces, like our own, will be the last to open. Even so, we are continuing to work and develop projects with directors. These merch items will provide some essential cash flow for us right now.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo, images, and/or slogan in electronic format and visual brand identity (if available)

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss desired design aesthetic and target audience for merchandise

Milestone 2: Design Phase
  • Professional creates initial design and sends to Volunteer Manager for up to three rounds of review and feedback

Milestone 3: Finalizing Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions along with print specifications
