What we need
- Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
- Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details
The goal is to create three brief animated videos geared towards Spanish-speaking teenagers who have experienced trauma on topics such as anger management, regulating emotions, mood management, etc. We have the content knowledge experts, but no animation or video skills to bring this to fruition on our own.
What we have in place
- We have well-trained, trauma-informed staff to develop the educational content/script and voice record the content in Spanish.
We have extensive knowledge and experience supporting and building trust with teens in crisis to help volunteers understand how to connect with the audience.
How this will help
This project will save us $27,202 , allowing us to improve quality of resources to increase positive outcomes for teens who experience trauma.
Animated coping-skills videos geared specifically to newly immigrated teens who have experienced severe trauma and family separation will enhance and diversify therapeutic support services and resources for these teenagers to meet their varying needs and learning styles. Ultimately this impacts the ability of these teens to build resiliency, repair family relationships and see a productive future for themselves.
