Flexible Marketing Strategy Support
Flexible Marketing Strategy Support
Project details
What we need
- Ongoing marketing strategy support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
- Support may include: defining your marketing goals, determining the right marketing channels, messaging your program, branding, or defining your target audience
- Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details
We've never had a strong online presence, but we're trying to increase our story-telling. We have lovely photos, a strong message, and lots of great content to share, but need help creating a plan, especially in a COVID-19 world, where it's hard to know just what part of our work to highlight.
What we have in place
- We currently have a dedicated staff member able to work with this volunteer, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have plenty of content, a strong sense of who we are, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to use those funds to better support low income, New Americans in our programming. We also strongly believe that this project will help us raise even more money, which will go directly to our community.
Cultivating Community hasn't had a strong online presence before, which has been incredibly frustrating. We're consistently told we're "the best-kept secret in Portland". We have an amazing story to tell, that's also very visually appealing. This project is important in order to connect to our community, make them feel like they are part of our work, and showcase all the good that we're currently doing - which will help with building connections, partnerships, and in our fundraising.
Project plan
Our mission
Growing sustainable communities by: expanding access to healthy, local food; empowering children, youth, and adults to play diverse roles in restoring their local, sustainable food systems; modeling, teaching, and advocating for ecological food production.
