- Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details
Major updates to existing website on Wordpress, including creation of new page and updates to homepage layout and design.
What we have in place
- We currently have a comprehensive list of updates that we'd like made to the existing website on Wordpress and a visual branding guideline, as well as two staff members who will dedicate their time to answering your questions and supporting your work on this project.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to focus our time and funding on our statewide sexual violence prevention campaigns and training and assistance to local rape crisis centers.
Our website keeps survivors of sexual violence, service providers, and community members across New Jersey informed about available resources and support services and ways to get involved in the movement against sexual violence. With this project, we'll give our website a much-needed update to make it more cohesive, accessible, and easier to navigate, allowing us to keep highlighting critical resources and educating the public about sexual violence prevention.
Project plan
Our mission
Our mission is to promote the compassionate and just treatment of survivors and their loved ones; foster collaborative relationships between community systems; and affect attitudinal and behavioral changes in society as we work toward the elimination of sexual violence against all people.
What we do
The New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NJCASA) promotes the compassionate and just treatment of survivors and their loved ones, fosters collaborative relationships between community systems, and affects attitudinal and behavioral changes in society as we work towards the elimination of sexual violence against all people. We represent the state's recognized 21 county-based sexual violence service organizations and the Office of Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. Our approach includes elevating the voice of survivors and service providers, advocating for survivor-centered policy, training allied professionals, and supporting statewide prevention strategies that work to defy the socio-cultural norms that permit and promote rape culture.
