What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We have already sent out the survey via Google Docs and have all of the data that we need. We are needing someone who can pull it from Google Docs and put it in a more manageable reporting format.
What we have in place
- We currently have all of the data in a Google doc., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an idea of the two formats for the data reports, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to leverage the information contained in this survey so we can seek relevant support for our organization and for our member clinics.
This is a very important project as it gives TXACC a good overview of how the COVID-19 virus has immediately impacted the operations of our member charitable healthcare clinics. It will allow us to help advocate for their needs such as supplies, funding, etc., and to also guide us in how we can support our clinics.

What we do
The Texas Association of Charitable Clinics, TXACC, is the only statewide nonprofit that works specifically with free and charitable clinics.
TXACC's role is to provide education, resources, advocacy and technical assistance to these clinics to help them provide this high quality healthcare.
