What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)
Additional details

We would like to improve the look of our web site and Facebook page. We also need a graphic for our Global Giving campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a web site and Facebook page, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have good communications, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to preserve valuable funds to meet obligations and pay staff.

This will help us be a better resource for the community in the current situation, and stay relevent even though our physical location is closed.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
