Project details

What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
What we have in place
  • We currently have a study guide for our ministry, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a game plan on things we want and how we want it to run, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to really focus on our goal which is reaching children with the Gospel. It cost us $25 to reach a one child. so this will allow us to reach 183 children.

We desire a website that efficiently and effectively communicates information about what we do and how we do it to our volunteers, donors and families. We are looking for a tool to provide resources to our volunteers and families as well as streamline the volunteer assimilation process.

  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

Child Evangelism Fellowship(r) is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.
