What we need
  • A document with detailed feedback and edits that ensures an Organization's business plan clearly defines its mission and approach, finance and operating structure, and tracks to key performance indicators
Additional details

I am looking for help creating a business plan proposal. I am working on a new project where my organization will activate empty storefront on our commercial corridors. I am in a neighborhood in San Francisco that has been historically neglected. We currently have many empty storefronts. This will be a space where low-income entrepreneurs can operate their business independently but share the space collaboratively - sharing rent, utilities, etc.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 2 concepts with a clear vision and the support of our city, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have budget and staffing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to invest in the construction, permitting and TA our entrepreneurs would need to help launch their

This would be twofold
- It would provide a model of how a nonprofit organization partnered with city funding could activate empty storefronts while fostering low income entrepreneur. Our hope is that with a more vibrant commercial corridor it would encourage stronger community spirit
- Funding. By leveraging relationships with property owners a negotiating lower rents exploring if we could as a nonprofit could use these funds to continue the work we do. We currently only have one funding source
