  • Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals

We had a one hour consult with a volunteer last spring, but with the distance learning and everything, and the need to be as productive as we can online and from afar, it would be a great time to do a more indepth look www.vimsia.org

What we have in place
  • We have a fairly comprehensive and time tested website - but with the changes necessary to move to online/distance learning AND with the luxury if you will of time available to focus on this project, we would love to take a more in depth look at our site. If it's good - that's great - but, you know, you sometimes have a hard time seeing the forest for the trees when you are really close to it. Outside eyes would be appreciated.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to I think we are looking less for cost savings - I did not include that dollar figure, it is hard coded it seems - and more for quality product to help our families and our potential families

Need to change with the times and the major impact the social distancing is having on our school.

  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and gathers information on the Organization’s goals, target audiences and desired functionality or uses of the website

Milestone 1: Initial Review & Feedback
  • Professional reviews current website pages, site map, any past statistical research into site performance and available traffic data
  • Professional analyzes current site layout, visuals and content, and delivers a draft document detailing the strategies, objectives and recommended tactics for proposed changes to the website
  • Volunteer Manager reviews draft and provides feedback to the Professional

Milestone 2: Final Website Audit
  • Professional delivers final strategy to the Organization after incorporating feedback, and provides recommendations for future overhaul or redesign efforts, based on staff capacity and budget

From Toddler through Upper Elementary, VIMSIA is dedicated to the Association Montessori Internationale's (AMI) Montessori philosophy and method of education. Our International Academy is student-centered and built upon a strong Montessori foundation using IBO principles. VIMSIA is an active viable institution set upon a solid foundation of excellence in faculty, administration and facilities.
