What we need
- Setup of professional social media profile(s) consistent with the Organization’s brand messaging in platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
- Training for the Organization’s staff on how to manage social media account(s)
Additional details
Platinum Minds is a non-profit education/ leadership org. that provides resources and training to youth. Platinum Mind's annual fundraiser in April or May supports the organization's, summer and upcoming academic year of programming. The funding from this annual event literally keeps the organization afloat. Due to the pandemic, we will be having an on-line event. For the event to be successful, we need help in getting the message of the event out to supporters, sponsors and new attendees.
What we have in place
- We currently have social media accounts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a theme and volunteers helping, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to focus on other important areas of the fundraising event.
Platinum Minds is a small organization that have been providing programming for families for over thirteen years. The funding from this on-line event which we are planning is needed to keep the organization in operation and available to families who need it, especially the most vulnerable families, of which we serve. Families will be seeking some state of normalcy back into their lives once this pandemic crisis comes to an end. We want to be here for the families and communities we serve.

Our mission is to collaborate with other community organizations to assist academically motivated young boys from environmentally challenged neighborhoods with achieving their full academic potential and becoming leaders in their communities to effect positive change.
