What we need
  • An assessment of Organization's IT infrastructure including costs, speed, reliability and security
  • Advice on various IT services and the cost-benefit associated with each option
  • Potentially more efficient and secure services
  • Note: This does not include tech systems set up or implementation

We want to switch to a cloud-based phone system for a five person office. We seek help evaluating options that can best meet our specific needs that include private client intake by an LMSW who does not want to share her personal cell phone with prospective clients. We currently use Unified Messaging by AT&T on an expensive landline plus pay-go cell phone.

What we have in place
  • We can provide information on our current phone service, its cost, and current annual budget for it. I and my colleagues are familiar with the phone infrastructure needs and issues and can create a simple needs assessment and guidance document with your input. We have access to our phone messages via AT&T Unified Messaging - so we have time to engage in this project and make an informed change.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,001 , allowing us to provide 1:1 support to significantly more people in grief. We offer this service to the public free of charge.

This project will help us do more direct service delivery with our small budget. The current phone system is very expensive, in-efficient, and not as functional as we would like. As we all work remotely due to COVID-19 all incoming calls go to voice mail. We foresee being a virtual organization for many weeks, and perhaps months, to come and seek to change our phone infrastructure to serve our clients better and support our team working remotely.
